  • How can I tell if my chiro clinic uses App4Chiro?

    Your chiro will have a QR code stand for you to scan in their front office. Once you've scanned the code, you'll be taken to the app store. Your chiro may also send you an email with an installation link.

  • What if I use more than one chiro? Can I use App4Chiro with both?

    Yes! You can register will all of your chiros easily all inside the same app. When App4Chiro first launches, you'll be given the chance to choose which chiro you want.

  • Why do I have to register when I first install the app?

    Registering allows your chiro to contact you to confirm your appointments or refill requests; as well as with special offers or in the case of an emergency.

  • How do I know if my chiro received my request for an appointment?

    You can see all your requests inside the app. Press the ... button in the bottom right to open the 'More' menu, then select either refills or appointments to see your requests. You will also receive an email from your chiro confirming your request.

  • What happens if my chiro cannot see me when I requested?

    You will receive an email from your chiro denying the request or suggesting an alternative time or date.

  • Can I use App4Chiro to request refills on my nutrition?

    Yes you can! Just select 'Refill' on the chiro's home screen and fill out the simple form to place your request. You can also request refills on food!

  • Where can I see the status of my requests?

    You can see all of your requests inside the app itself. Press the ... button in the bottom right to open the 'More' menu, then select either refills or appointments to see your current and past requests. You will also receive an email from your chiro confirming your request.
